In person bookings

The Arena Box Office will be open to personal callers on event days only - a minimum 1 hour prior to the shows doors open time, unless stated otherwise on the event page.

Tickets for either The Arena or Sheffield City Hall can be purchased from the City Hall Box Office in person Mon - Fri between 10am - 4pm.

The Arena Box Office is located at Entrance C on the ground floor and has a purpose built low level counter. A hearing assistance system is installed on box office counters marked with the international symbol of deafness or hard of hearing for customers with hearing difficulties. There is ample parking outside the entrance, including disabled parking spaces. Please read the venue's security procedures that restricts the access to the venue, car parks & box office on event days.

Unless stated all tickets purchased in person from the Arena or Sheffield City Hall Box Offices for shows at the Arena are subject to fees - the same charges apply to all payment methods, cash, card & cheque. This price can be found on the event page of the show you are attending.

Pre-paid tickets

The Arena Box Office will be open to personal callers on event days only - a minimum 1 hour prior to the shows doors open time.

Sometimes these tickets are referred to as COBO, which simply means tickets have been left Care Of Box Office.

All pre-booked tickets purchased through the Arena Box Office that are collected from The Arena or Sheffield City Hall Box Offices can only be collected by the credit card holder who must sign for the tickets and present the card with which they have ordered the tickets.

If you are collecting your Arena tickets on the show day these will be available from Entrance C Box Office which remains open until the main artiste is due on stage. Should the location of the box office change on the day stewards will direct you to the alternative box office.

If you have purchased tickets through another ticket agent you will need to check with them regarding their collection procedure as they often are only on site on the day of the show only and usually just before the doors open time.

The Arena Box Office is only open to personal callers when we have an event taking place at the Arena - usually 1 hour prior to the doors open time of the event, unless stated otherwise on the event page.

When coming to the box office on an event day please be aware that the security procedures in place at this show may restrict access to the venue and car parks. As access to the box office is through our car parks you may be asked to park off-site and walk to the box office to maintain the integrity of the safety checks already carried out on site.

Online sales - Mobile Ticketing

From June 2020 all tickets purchased online from The Arena web site will only be available on mobile phone - click here for full details.

Mobile tickets - this is a free option with no cost attached, tickets can be found on your Ticketmaster app and shown on your device at the door. This is now Ticketmaster's only option when purchasing tickets online.
