Please be aware there is no access into the venue, the toilets, merchandise, food or drink until the doors open 90 minutes before the show.
DOORS TO THE SHOW OPEN 90 MINUTES BEFORE THE SHOW TIME WE RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS ARRIVE AS CLOSE TO DOORS OPEN TIME AS POSSIBLE

Car Park & Box Office: 4pm
Doors Open: 6:30pm
Paul Smith on Stage: 8pm
Support: 8:20pm
Interval: 8:40pm
Paul Smith on Stage: 9:10pm
Curfew: 11pm
Late arrivals may not be permitted entry until a suitable break
No Photography or Recording Permitted Allowed at the event
THERE IS NO CAR PARK ACCESS OR QUEUEING UNTIL CAR PARK & BOX OFFICE OPEN
Car Parking
On-site car parking for this event is on sale now. We encourage all customers to book parking as soon as possible as our car park always sells out on this event.

Security
NO RUCKSACKS OR BAGS LARGER THAN A3 & THERE IS NO STORAGE OR CLOAKROOM FACILITY AT THE VENUE
There are payable luggage storage locations based at Premier Inn Hotels both near the Arena and Meadowhall. More information here
We recommend that you arrive as close to the doors open time as you can and keep the items that you bring with you to a minimum as this will delay your entry. Large bags, food & drink are not permitted into the venue - more information on safety & security can be found on the link below...

Utilita VIP Lounge Premium Upgrade is accessed through the dedicated external VIP entrance at the end of the Blue Concourse next to the Supertram entrance.
Utilita Arena Club Experience is accessed through the dedicated external VIP Entrance at the end of the Red Concourse
