TicketsWe know that many Ice Hockey fans attending games at the Arena exchange presents & gifts with fellow ice hockey supporters, but again, for reasons of security, we ask that these are exchanged away from the venue and not brought to the Arena as wrapped items cannot be allowed in.

Doors open 60 minutes ahead of face-off
Arena counter sales open - Box Office opens 3 hours ahead of face-off
Arena counter sales close - Box Office closes at the end of the first period
We are now using a new and safer mobile ticket on this event called Safetix - this does not apply to those using season tickets or physical printed tickets (including Print At Home).

Advanced on-site ice hockey car parking tickets pre-booked are £7.50 per game or £10 if booked on day of game - please note that pre-booked car park tickets are not transferable.
Please note our car parks are cashless & only card payments will be accepted. Our Food & Drink catering stands are also cashless.
