Arena Club Exclusive Steelers Season Ticket Holder Access at Hockey games
All season ticket holders have their own dedicated Club & Entrance into the Arena - located in the Arena Club at the end of the external Red Concourse where you enter through the red doors which has illuminated Arena Club signage above the doors.
This exclusive season ticket holders entrance will also give access to the Utilita Arena Club which is a season ticket holder only area (available on a first come, first served basis) featuring a private bar, Street Food Menu and facilities plus Assistant Coach may pay a visit to the Arena Club prior to the game starting to confirm the rosters that night and any interesting titbits before announcing the starting line ups – there may also be an opportunity to ask a couple of questions.
A quick guide to use of the Arena Club -
- Only available to 2024/25 Season Ticket Holders.
- Available on a first arrive basis until the room reaches capacity.
- The Arena Club will be open before the game from 90 minutes before face off and you can leave the Arena Club to access your seats in the auditorium once the doors to the venue open 60 minutes before face-off. This area can also be accessed during the two period breaks but not after the game.
- Customers who wish to leave and return to the Arena Club will be given wristbands so they can enter and exit the room during period breaks - if you don't wish to return please let the stewards know and they won't wristband you allowing the room to be used by other Season Ticket holders.
- Street food and drinks will be exclusively available in the Arena Club.
- Season Ticket holders can continue to use the dedicated entrance to gain access to the venue even when the Arena Club is full you just wont be able to access the Arena Club until space becomes available.
- Season Ticket holders who require lift access to the Season Ticket Lounge can do so from Entry B as soon as the Lounge opens - 90 minutes ahead of face off. We do ask that only those that require lift access use Entry B to reduce delay in entering the building.
- Season Ticket holders who are coming to the game and don't want to access the lounge can still enter the venue through any of the concourse doors which open 60 minutes before face off.
