Whether this is your first ever game or you are a regular visitor at the House of Steel please ensure you read all the game-day information & guidelines as these can differ with updates right up to doors open time - please always check before you travel & follow our socials for any updates.
Ticket Information
We are now using a new and safer mobile ticket on Steelers fixtures called Safetix!
This does not apply to those using season tickets or physical printed tickets (including Print At Home).
Your phone is your ticket, screenshots will not work on this show.
Please install the Ticketmaster App and download your tickets as soon as you book your tickets and ALWAYS before you set off to the venue.
Individual fixture tickets go on general sale Friday 23 August 12noon.
Standard fixture tickets are priced:-
Adult: £22.95
Concession (Student, Senior Citizen, Registered Disabled): £18.50
Child (16 and Under): £11
Under 5’s are free of charge & are required to obtain a ticket in person from the box office - these free Under 5 tickets are only available on the second tier if you require a ticket on the first tier than you must purchase a child ticket
On £8 & £13 fixtures all tickets are the same price no further discounts or free tickets for Under 5's on these fixtures.
If you are purchasing a discounted concessionary ticket please have the relevant ID/documentation and present this when requested.
Ice Hockey Running Times
Car park opens 3 hours ahead of face-off time
Arena counter sales open - Box Office opens 3 hours ahead of face-off
Arena counter sales close - Box Office closes at the end of the first period
Doors open 60 minutes ahead of face-off
Timings vary each fixture so just click on the link below and select the game you are attending to view the fixture face-off time and opening times of the car park.
Steelers Season Ticket Holders
All season ticket holders have their own dedicated Club & Entrance into the Arena - located in the Arena Club at the end of the external Red Concourse where you enter through the red doors which has illuminated Arena Club signage above the doors.
This exclusive 2024/25 season ticket holders’ entrance will also give access to the Utilita Arena Club, the main features include:
- Access is not guaranteed - space allocated on a first arrive basis until the room reaches capacity
- Access 90 minutes before face-off
- You can leave the Arena Club to access your seats in the auditorium once the doors to the venue open - 60 minutes before face-off
- Arena Club is open during the two period breaks but not after the game
- Street food and drinks will be exclusively available in the Arena Club
- Season Ticket holders can continue to use the dedicated entrance to gain access to the venue even when the Arena Club is full you just won’t be able to access the Arena Club until space becomes available
- Season Ticket holders who require lift access to the Season Ticket Lounge can do so from Entry B as soon as the Lounge opens - 90 minutes ahead of face off
- Season Ticket holders who are coming to the game and don't want to access the lounge can still enter the venue through any of the concourse doors which open 60 minutes before face off
Car Parking
If you wish to park on site at the venue we strongly recommend you pre-book your parking space.
Advanced on-site ice hockey car parking tickets pre-booked are £7.50 per game or £10 if booked on day of game - CAR PARK B & ALL DISABLED PARKING IS SOLD OUT and we only have availability in CAR PARK A.
Please note our car parks are cashless & only card payments will be accepted & that if you book a car park ticket with your game day you will be unable to transfer your car park ticket - only car park tickets that are purchased seperately can be transferred.
Steelers Car Park 24/25 Season Tickets are sold out & no longer on sale.
Alternative free off site parking is available on some fixtures at Meadowhall, you can only park at Meadowhall on the dates listed - for all the information & the centre's visit the T&C's.
Security
NO RUCKSACKS OR BAGS LARGER THAN A3 & THERE IS NO STORAGE OR CLOAKROOM FACILITY AT THE VENUE
There are payable luggage storage locations based at Premier Inn Hotels both near the Arena and Meadowhall. More information here
We recommend that you arrive as close to the doors open time as you can and keep the items that you bring with you to a minimum as this will delay your entry. Large bags, food & drink are not permitted into the venue. More information can be found below.
We are aware that friends and family often wish to exchange gifts and presents particularly over Christmas and Valentines fixtures but we ask that you please exchange these away from the venue as we are unable to allow unchecked gift wrapped items into the venue and will require these to be unwrapped and inspected before being brought into the venue.
Please refrain from moving during play & keep your eye on the puck at all times.
Accessibility
Please give us a call on our accessibility line on 0114 256 5593 (open Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm) and we will assist with booking your game and parking tickets.

Food & Drink
Small packets of sweets are permitted along with an empty refillable plastic bottle but no bags of refreshments as no other food or drink is permitted. Click below to view the range of food & drink in our cashless outlets within the Arena including vegan options.
We use reusable cups on most drinks’ purchases at Steelers to replace single use plastics. Your cup will cost a £1 and can be exchanged each time you return for a drink so you don't have to pay another £1 every time you return to the bar. Your re-used cup will then be washed off-site and placed back into circulation for future events or you can take it home & bring it to every Steelers game.

Merchandise
You can purchase and also collect pre-paid merchandise inside the venue from the Steelers shop on Red Concourse. On non game days the Steelers Merchandise is available on the Steelers website or you can reach out to the Steelers to check on the opening times for their shop at iceSheffield.
Arena Hospitality
Utilita VIP Lounge Premium Upgrade is accesed through the dedicated external VIP entrance at the end of the Blue Concourse next to the Supertram entrance.
Superstar Suites suites 304 - 316 are accessed through Entrance B and suites 317 - 330 through Entrance C. Access to the suites is available 90 minutes ahead of face-off.
Season Ticket Holder Exclusive Entrance - All season ticket holders will have their own dedicated Club & Entrance into the Arena for the 2024/25 season. Access to the season ticket lounge only is 90 minutes ahead of face-off with space limited in this area it is operated on a first come first served basis.
