The Lounge has it's own dedicated entrance located at the end of the external blue concourse - where you enter through the blue doors which has illuminated Utilita Lounge signage above the doors. Just ask a steward when you arrive to direct you to the Utilita Lounge doors on blue then show your upgrade ticket to gain entry to this exclusive facility. You can book your upgrade package ticket at any time subject to availability....
